Cancellation Policy

We ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation terms depend on when you are arriving.

December to February

• Cancel 14 or more days before arrival: no charge.
• Cancel less than 14 days before arrival, or no show: the 20% deposit is not refunded.
• Leaving early: the total remaining room charge applies.

March to November

• Cancel 7 or more days before arrival: no charge.
• Cancel less than 7 days before arrival, or no show: the 20% deposit is not refunded.
• Leaving early: 20% of the remaining room charge applies.

Refunds go back to the same credit card used for the booking and can take up to 28 days.

We know plans change, so get in touch as early as you can.
