MEET THE TEACHER
Lisa
1500) living in the beautiful Hills of Mt Dandenong, Victoria, Australia. I’m a devoted mum to three incredible young men and bring decades of dedicated teaching and heartfelt love to the yoga and wellness community.
I’m passionate about inclusivity and meeting students where they are at, creating accessible experiences where each person is honoured and respected. Within this
supportive environment, I lovingly challenge students to evolve beyond their limiting beliefs. As a community builder and connector, I’m skillful in creating safe containers
for transformation. I lead immersive retreats locally and internationally, as well as Teacher Trainings and mentorship programs.

While yoga and yoga philosophy are my greatest inspiration, I’ve also studied and integrated trauma-informed and polyvagal teachings, creative dance, meditation and breath-work practices, holistic counselling and life coaching skills. I love to weave these into my retreat offerings. As an experiential learner who continues to study with inspiring teachers from diverse yogic and mystic traditions, I’m continually growing and expanding my boundaries. My intention is to be the most loving, compassionate presence in service of my students and the highest good for our shared human experience.
