Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
- Safe lockers are provided in all rooms. Please use them to keep your valuables safe. Guests use the lockers at their own responsibility, as the hotel does not take responsibility for any loss of money, jewellery or valuables placed in the safe locker.
- Guests are personally responsible for any and all charges incurred during their stay at the hotel.
- The hotel has the authority to process all unpaid charges incurred during a guest’s stay to their credit card.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property during their stay.
- A maximum of 3 adults per standard room. Management reserves the right to decline guests if numbers are exceeded.
- Early departures are charged as set out in our Cancellation Policy.
- Pets, although much loved, are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Rooms can only be booked upon receipt of a 20% deposit or the total room charge, paid by credit card.
