ABOUT JENNA: Jenna is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and avid surfer. She’s the creator of Boxilates – a fusion format of boxing + mat pilates designed to not only offer an incredible workout but also to focus on core strength and posture. Jenna is committed to helping people improve body function and movement through her postural assessments and expert tuition.

ABOUT CASEY: Casey is an established health journalist, health coach and our resident Barre instructor. She’s a health educator for FreshEd – a well being education program for teens. She’s big on meditation, nutrition, movement and having a seriously good time. Hailing from Perth, Australia she’s based in Sydney and loves nothing more than spending time in her home away from home – Sri Lanka!
