Level 1 - Beginner

“I couldn’t believe how helpful the filming was!” Is something we hear every week from our Level 1 Surf Group. -Improving turning technique along the green face/trim line of the wave
-Shoulder and leg positioning for generating speed and coming back to the power source
Once you see this on camera it makes it really easy for you and your coach to set some goals for the session the next day and provide you with some great pointers on how you can change your positioning and technique.

Level 3 - Intermediate

As you move into Level 3&4 the Video Review becomes a cornerstone of your coaching.
