Talalla Wellness Retreats are completely personalised which will have you leaving both refreshed and renewed, ready to take on whatever life has in store for you!
Prior to your arrival you will complete a short consultation form that will provide us with the information we need to tailor your experience.
Each day is then filled with fun yoga, pilates and boxilates classes, meditations, surf lessons, fitness adventures, spa and energy/healing sessions, great food, day excursions and of course some time to relax, unwind and enjoy the slow pace of Sri Lankan life. Our retreats are all aimed to be fun, light-hearted and give you some real insight into what you are really capable of!
