Talalla Wellness Retreats are completely personalised which will have you leaving both refreshed and renewed, ready to take on whatever life has in store for you!

On arrival you will have a consultation with our resident Bodyworker-Yoga Therapist and our Ayurvedic Doctor, giving you some guidance as to what will allow you to get the most out of your retreat. You will receive nutritional guidance based on Ayurvedic principles and a plan for your personalised spa, fitness and yoga therapy sessions.

Each day is then filled with fun yoga classes, meditations, surf lessons, fitness adventures, spa and yoga-therapy sessions, great food, day excursions and of course some time to relax, unwind and enjoy the slow pace of Sri Lankan life. Our retreats are all aimed to be fun, light-hearted and give you some real insight into what you are really capable of! Talalla Health Retreats run from the second Sunday of each month, for more information you can check out the dates and what is included here.
