Join one of our monthly yoga retreats or customise your own, held at Talalla Retreat Sri Lanka in 2011. Retreats feature daily morning meditation and pranayama, two yoga asana classes per day, two mid afternoon Yoga nidra classes/yoga lifestyle disscussion, one 1 hour Talalla Massage, luxury accommodation, and delicious vegetarian meals incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables.
Retreats are led by our resident yoga instructor. Included is detailed instruction on pranayama and meditation as well as asana classes ranging from dynamic vinyasa flow to restorative styles. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is also introduced to induce a deep state of relaxation. Free time during the day is time for you: relaxing by the pool, walking along the beach, going for a surf or surfing lesson, or perhaps snorkeling around the reef at Talalla Beach. In addition, Talalla Retreat offers one full body 1 hr massage from our fully serviced spa.
Retreat schedule
Day 1 Early afternoon arrival, relax and settle in, meet with the Yoga Teacher at a 5.30pm introduction
Day 2 6:30 - 9:00 am & 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Day 3 6:30 - 9:00 am & 1.00 - 2.30 & 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Day 4 6:30 - 9:00 am & 4.30 - 6.00 pm
Day 5 6:30 - 9:00 am & 1.00 - 2.30 & 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Day 6 6:30 - 9:00 am & 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Day 7 7.00 - 8:30 am
Retreats rates are inclusive of all taxes & service charges and include six nights accommodation, all meals, yoga and one massage.
Retreat rates:
Twin and double occupancy rate - $960 per person
Single occupancy rate - $1244
Customised Retreats outside of our advertised retreat dates cannot be organised in the peak season.
