Louisa Sear: meditation pranayama, self inquiry & asana, yoga philosophy
Rose Baudin: philosphy mediation and pranayama
Arne Rubinstein: anatomy
Lucy Roberts: asana, methodology, teaching techniques, dance

Louisa Sear has been practicing, teaching and training teachers for the last 28 years. The last 15 years have been specialising specifically in Yoga Teacher Trainings. Louisa brings years of dedicated practice and experience in Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Philosophy, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Teaching Techniques, Ethics and Self Inquiry.

All the teachers involved in the Yoga Arts Trainings have 15 to 30yrs experience behind them in the practice and living of yoga.
We believe it is important to have a substantial amount of experience behind you before one begins to train others to teach.

'Students are taught all the practical techniques of teaching asana,meditation and pranayama given a deeper understanding in Yogic philosophy,ayurveda, communication skills and through Self Inquiry are encouraged and guided in the understanding and acceptance of
life, finding the teacher within, and acknowledging the God in all.'

We are pleased to be offering the level 1 Yoga Teacher Training in Sri Lanka at the Talalla Retreat centre for 2011.
