Louisa Sear, founder of Yoga Arts and a partner in Talalla Retreat, held one of her very in demand retreats from 19th to 27th March 2007.
Louisa has been practicing yoga for twenty five years and teaching nationally and internationally for twenty one years. She is director of the Byron Bay based Yoga Arts Yoga Teacher Training school.
Yoga Arts runs Level 1(200 hrs yoga alliance) and Level 2 (500 hrs yoga alliance) accredited yoga teacher trainings in Bali, Byron Bay and Goa, India as well as yoga holiday retreats in Bali, Spain and India.
Louisa has also produced two yoga teaching videos that are suitable for beginners to general home studies.
