Here at Talalla Retreat we are blessed with the presence of Laurie Rose. Laurie has owned and run high quality restaurants in Australia for over 25 years.
So in addition to the delicious local food prepared by our chefs Laurie has trained his kitchen to produce a variety of international dishes.
What makes our restaurant truly special is that most of the produce is grown on the property or locally and we buy our fish every morning from the fishermen on the beach.
